Birmingham City University was one of the early adopters of Employability and PDP in the curriculum. We have been creating, developing and delivering resources designed to help academic staff embed employability in our programmes since the 1990's.

EXTERNAL: Employability Developers group
Ruth Lawton from CELT created and established the 'Employability Development' group for those working to embed employability in the HE curriculum. There are now over 200 members from around the world.
